Assurance Edge Wheel Warranty

What's up guys. I have the Road America's Assurance edge membership agreement with premium coverage.

Anyone have any experience with this?
I have a set of 20" rims non OEM and was curious what specific information they ask for before I call and make a claim.

I have a good amount of damage on each rim and would prefer them to replace the wheels instead of repairing.

Any input is appreciated, thanks !

I have Fidelity wheel coverage and my policy states they'll only replace the wheel if it costs more to repair it. Best is to just call and ask
