Although I currently have a F10 530d msport, my favourite was the E39 530i msport (with the m parallel wheels)
Had that from new for 10 years and regretted selling it. |

My favorite car that was owned has to be my 1996 Honda Accord Coupe. It was the first and only car that I had gotten the suspension absolutely PERFECT on. Wasn't fast at all, but I could corner at stupid speeds and the car felt at home above 50mph too! Every bar or bushing possible was on it, including Tanabe Pro-SS Coilovers! Before I sold it (and got an STi) I had purchased a H22 with the intent to build it for turbo duty along with a 5-spd manual swap. But after seeings so many Hondas getting stolen I decided to sell.

For me, it’s always the one I own, current one for sure is my favorite.
Then I just trade them in for something I like better, forget them within few days, and never look back. Maybe it's because I have yet to make "lateral move", so far I've always gotten something better/more expensive than the previous one. The first one though is always special. Bought used at the time, 1987 Fiat Ritmo GT, 1.6L engine, 75HP if I remember correctly. POS by today's standards of course, but felt great at the time. |

I think the frankenstein was the H22 head on the H23 block. I'm 35.

I've been fortunate to own some pretty nice cars over the years. Several stand out.
1964 Triumph TR4 - my first car. 1907 VW Bus - my first "practical" car. 1970 911T Targa - my first "real" car. 1990 Ford TBird SC - my first sleeper. Won so many races in that thing! 2007 Corvette Z06 - my first supercar. But as to my favorite, I have to say I really miss my 2006 X5 4.8is. Only BMW I ever kept out of warranty as it was just such a great all-around driver. That thing was special. Had the valve seals and front struts not gone at the same time, I'd still be driving it. But my current F10 550 is damn nice. If it remains trouble free (which I do not expect) it will give the 4.8is a run for its money...

I still miss this after 16 years.. I originally was going to get a 4dr M3 when it first came out in 1995 but I got this instead. It was a few years full of fun and excitement and life time of memories. I even let a top One Lap America driver drove it to show me it's capabilities on a road course.

I bounced that idea off my wife about a E39 M5. She asked me why the heck I would want an older version of my car in manual? I would just love to have a clean, mildly modded M5 that has been looked after. Higher mileage would not be an issue as long as someone love it.

My favorite and still is the E46 M3. The engine, handling and sound is amazing till this day.
Plan on moving to the F80 M3 sometime next year so that may take its spot at the top.
