Export Address Book to USB?

Hey guys, anyone know how to do this please? The BMW ProNav Manual is useless and I cannot see how it is done. I am changing car and will lose all my Pro Nav destinations!

You can import contacts into the address book via your account at BMW online, so maybe you can also recover the ones that are already there. It's a long shot and I'm very sceptical that BMW have built this common sense option into Pro Nav, but it's worth a try.
