In the Media Gallery Images they show the Venetian Beige Interior with the matching beige headliner. This looks spectacular. Unfortunately while BMW shows this on-line and in printed materials, what they offer in the US is the Oyster headliner with the beige leather. The oyster headliner looks hideous with the beige leather and that is the only way that it is available in the US. BMW NA should offer the beige headliner. Obviously it looks a lot a better in the F10 just like it does in the US 7 Series. OR change the BMW web site images so that BMW Enthusiasts can see how truly ugly the Oyster headliner is with beige leather. The present bait and switch approach is misleading.

Agreed, with PHarding - I noticed the color issue in the 535i demo I drove. Pointed the flaw out to the sales manager, who really didn't see a problem. Said it may be a problem with my being an Architect....too picky. Ha! I like the F10 5, but will only order with black interior and anthricite headliner.

Of all the BMWs I've had, only one time did I deviate from the black interior with a Natur (biege) back on a 1989 535i. What a mistake. While the leather did feel/smell like leather back then, the interior got so dirty and stained, it was very sad. No kids, dogs in their either. Never again.

I am an architect also. I got my F six years ago. It was the proudest moment of my professional life. BMW's are quite popular with architects. I want the car to look spectacular.
