I'm interesting in doing a front bumper swap to the M Sport (not the m5 one) but I have the side cameras making it a bit difficult in finding a bumper that can fit them. I'm leaning more towards an OEM one but curious if anyone went aftermarket or OEM, went through body shop/dealership, and how it holds up? I want it to be a perfect fit, nothing that looks bad of course. I have the parts I would need to buy and reuse. I need help from people who have done this on an LCI F10 with side cameras/parking sensors, to get an idea as far as the route to get there, how its held up, and price. Thank you!

Kies motorsports sells a kit to do this. I have researched a little and i believe that this bumper has the holes for the side cameras marked where you can drill them out. I have not 100% confirmed that but I read it on here somewhere.
