BMW Apps disappearing
Took my 2011 550 for 10,000 miles service. Apparently the car got reprogrammed (don't know why) and when I picked it up, SAT radio was in preview (like for a minute) and absolutely no BMW Apps. The snap in adapter doesn't work either, just for charging the phone and playing the iPod. No Facebook, Pandora, Stich, or MOG. Even the Connected Drive menu of the iDrive is gone. I have to take the car back tomorrow. Anybody experienced this before?

When BMW Apps first came out, it did not require an FSC Code. BMW then decided it required an FSC Code beginning with CIC Firmware v43. What likely has happened is that the car's CIC firmware was brought from something older than v43 to something newer than v43 and the car now needs the FSC Code imported and activated, which the dealer missed, so now it has to go back and have the FSC Code loaded in the CIC.
