Buyer is solid and loan was good to go but seller decided today not to sell anymore. I truly hope the car isn't sold to another higher bidder cause that would suck but seller confirmed that he wishes to keep the car for now. Really sucks....to imagine owning the car and everything going through, until the last min.....

Not to further derail this thread that now seems to be dead, but what would be the average asking price for a vehicle like this?

Hard to say with the 2014 model ready to hit our roads in a matter of days. I have been looking for a little time now and recently I see a lot of certified 2011 cars for $42k - $45k. But most cars in the market do not have M sport package. That's what made this deal very attractive to me. Even though I am not a big fan of the oyster leather, esp not on AW. What pisses me off more is that I saw a 2012 with M sport package for 45,000 in Tennessee. I gave it up for the no dealer fee, lower payment and additional convenience package in this car. This was no doubt a good deal.

Apologies for the snafu but I was selling out of financial hardship due to a family medical emergency that was quickly exceding my capacity to pay even with quality healthcare. I had another family member offer a last minute cash infusion which gave me pause but I have decided to proceed with the sale to Sanyomats and he as agreed to also move forward. As one BMW enthusiast to the community, I'm sure you can all relate on how difficult it is to let go of the car you love and why I had cold feet once the family bailout was on the table.
No sketchy deal here, just difficut times that require some unfortunate actions. Quest. |
