M5/M6 Mufflers vs Meistercraft

Want to give my 2012 550xi a little more sound. Have read about every thread on here and other sites. And listened to videos on YouTube too.

Anyone have any live experience with these two options. And suggestions?

M5/M6 mufflers only (vs Full Exhaust)

Meistercraft GTC.

Price differences is huge- not sure I could justify the 2-3k difference.

M5/M6 mufflers vs the full M exhaust - will I notice a huge difference? Read somewhere about using mufflers with an xpipe.

Sourced some mufflers only - as I'm in rural Ohio and will have to buy online

When you say catted or cattless down pipes- do you mean something like AR DPs? As those look expensive - what would that do for sound and performance?

Sorry for all the questions as I'm very new to modding a car.

Check that out. There is a long thread about this exhaust, I had my car down for 4 months for the production of this.
Can't beat it for the price and gives a nice boost in performance.

I'm also in Ohio...whereabouts? Do you have a shop that will install the exhaust?
