Springs on 535i M-sport

Hi Guys,
I have been researching but can't really find people that havfe installed the Eibach Pro Kit or H&R in their M-sport suspension.

Does any one recommend any of these 2 over the other one and how much more did it lowered it since the M-Sport suspension is already lowered compared to the standard suspension.

Any info photos are appreciated

thanks!

I suggest the Eibach springs. My personal favorite. Always a nice conservative lowering and are very comfortable.

That has been my experience in the past too..the H&R tend to drive harder..but the big question is , how much does it lower from the M-sport suspension ?

I wasn't aware that the 2011-2013MY M-Sport package had different suspension from a regular 5-series?

Depends on the look you are going for. I have H&R springs and I would not want it to be any higher. It's night and day from the stock m sport suspension. Eibach is a little too conservative for my taste.

H&Rs or don't do it. All else are too conservative and not worth spending the cash on!!

I decided to go conservative this time as I did not wanted the slammed look as I had with a former E90. I have babies and it is a family car now so I went with Eibach Prokit on my Msport t only lowered it .25"

I measured from the center of the wheel to the arch and it is 15" from the floor is 24.75"

does anyone know if they will settle ?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that... I have H&R also on my "family car" and am very satisfied. For my taste Dinan, Eibach, Schnitzer, are lots of $$$ for not much lowering. Sometimes you cant' even tell the difference. As for the settling I did not notice anything nor it did not show on alignment which I had it done twice once one month after the H&R installation and the second 6 months after.
