BMW 535d F11 2011 trunk won´t open

My trunk suddenly stop opening i used it went on a ride for like 15min was about to get my things out and the trunk does not open, had to use the opening on the glass but when I want to put in there bigger things I just can´t.
Someone know how to fix this?

Does the f11 have a valet mode (switch)? If it does, check to see if you've accidentally activated it.
