Check Engine light....Too Lean!

About 2 weeks ago I got a check engine light plugged the car up to ISTA and got code 118001 (fuel-air mixture too lean). Cleared the code to see if it would come back about 5 days later got the same code in addition to 118002 (too Rich). Cleared it one more time and popped up today again same 118001 but this time also got 118401 (fuel-air, mixture too lean, Large deviation). 118002 was not present. The test plans point to a number of different things. Car runs fine no difference in power this morning took the car to Lowes while in the parking lot did feel idle was a little rough but nothing crazy. Someone else might not have noticed it but i felt it RPM's didn't show much fluctuation.

Any ideas on this or anyone experience something similar? Could it be plugs? 2014 550 Stage 1 Dinan tune W/32k miles.

118001(consistant)
118002(only once)
118401 (only once)

All Help appreciated.
