Hi turbo!

Your F10 is as reflective as a mirror!

The rear tyres (295/25/21) look very wide! What tyres are they? Conti Sport Contact?

Ferkin awesum Gene. Beautiful ride and definitely one of my favourites. Looking after your baby is a nice way to pass the time. That Clay Bar you did a couple of weeks ago is still holding strong.

What colour are you thinking of doing the calipers and shields?

Paint looks deep and wet, no pun intended... and how do have "A few hours to kill at work" to detail your car? I'm in the wrong line of work

this guy from the M5 board has his gold/bronze and i kinda like it! orginally i was gonna do matte/satin black. i'm thinking of still painting the hub and shield black and just the caliper bronze?

I like the look of the gold/bronze caliper colour so that's a good choice but whatever you do with the shield and hub they gotta be neutral as the hero needs to be wheel and the caliper is a little bit of jewellery.

i agree...i think the matte/satin black wil be fine...right now it's just the silver it's a nice solid silver...it looks old with spots and stains. if anything the black should make the bronze calipers be more pronounced...well see!

Gene, how do you clean properly between the dish and the floating spokes without scratching them - and what do you use? I've asked one other member this before and got a naff answer. I know I'll get an honest response from you.

Hey Brother, I use a separate wash mit for the wheels. I talked to Jason from GetYourWheels.com and he said it's high grade automotive paint so treat it like the paint on your car. The mit I use I can get into the crevices and what not. It does take more time washing them as well as waxing and detailing them. I go through micro fiber towels like crazy. But I think because they're 21's and huge its easy to get your hands between the spokes. Ive got a pattern...first the spokes...the face....the black rivets and than the lip. I have an old mit for the inner barrels since its not painted. Still feels smooth but if I start to feel grime I'll use a clay bar

BTW I'm in Canada vacationing lol! What do French people look like cause everyone looks normal! I'm looking for handle bar mustaches
