When driving I occasionally get what I can only describe as a resonating vibration type noise which doesn't last for long and seems to be coming from the rear seat/boot space. Any ideas what it could be. I've emptied the boot space and made sure the tool kit is not the cause.


Had car into my local BMW Dealer who traced the noise to the high vis stop brake unit cover above rear window that was vibrating occasionally due to a poor fixing. Excellent service from Dealer and now content.
