Need some feedback on a 535d x lease please.

I was thinking of offering 92% of MSRP, there is an additional $2000 in incentives, 36month, 12,000 miles, w a MF of .00130.

It comes out to $676/month, w $2824 due at signing(tax, $725 acq fee, 1st month) on a $71025 MSRP or actual selling price of $63,343. This would be an ordered car.

AW
Amaro brown (ZAP5)
drives assist pkg
lighting pkg
Heated frt seats
B&O

Last day of the month, incentives prob won't go higher.

We're close. Came back at $63790 as a selling price, and a residual of .60 so we're in the ball park. Going down there tomorrow to try to get a decent price on my trade in. Payment is $726/month w sales tax, acq fee, and 1st months payment at signing.

7.37% off list plus $2000 in incentives.

Got a fair appraisal on my trade, what happens at delivery might be another story. The only wrinkle I wasn't aware of is NY state charges sales tax on the entire amount of the payment, not just the depreciation so paying sales tax on interest. I will make up my mind by Monday.

So the payment is $786 including taxes(7.375%), 36k, 12 months, MF= .00130, Residual 60%. The deal is 7.37% less than list plus $2000 in incentives(dropped to $1500 in Feb.) $725 acq fee, $786, and DMV ($105) due at signing. Will be deducting the signing and collecting a check for the balance of my trade.

They had just sold a 2014 M5 moderately equipped w 3,000 miles for $80k USD. Now that's a deal!

If I put up 7 MSD it brings the monthly payment down to $734.

is this a 2014? I recently purchased a 2014 535i in December and believe the residual was 61-62%. They must've changed it recently unless diesel is different

8 weeks is the standard reply although I heard my first 8-12 weeks reply yesterday. I would guess 58% on residual at 15k miles.

Just ordered a 550xi! Had to go to CT to get it done w the MSDs, though.

AW
Cinnamon brown (looks way better in real life than on the screen)
B&O
Heated front seats.

Should be fun for 3 years. This is my first lease after owning a dozen other cars and trucks and will be my second 8 cylinder. Thanks to all board members that have contributed. I got a LOT of valuable advice and info here.
