I believe you can also buy them individually for bout 45 a piece if not wanting to replace them all and only replace faulty one. http://ignition-coil.dvautoparts.com...w-jnirrmpjkkik" rel="ugc" target="_blank">http://<a href="http://ignition-coil...irrmpjkkik</a> |

http://ignition-coil.dvautoparts.com...w-jnirrmpjkkik I talked to a few shops they told me that there is no way to see if coil is messed up. So it would be all or nothing or do one at a time and go for a test drive each time lol

jerk under 2000rpm
hello, i have a 2011 bmw 528i with the n52 inline 6 motor. although it is a different car, i have noticed that my car is pretty jerky when i rev it to 2000rpm, although not often. i suspect it has something to do with the transmission, or the BMW valvetronic intake mechanism. however my car has about 63,000 miles on it and i have noticed this for a long time. i wouldnt be too concerned about it.
as for the PCV valve, take off your oil cap while the engine is running. if there is suction trying to hold the oil cap down, your pcv valve needs to be replaced. when i tried it i heard a hissing sound but no suction. do not keep the cap off for too long. best of luck and enjoy your f10 |

Idk if you saw the new thread posted but apparently there is another recall for the n63, this time the HPFP. I wonder if that would solve the issue. |

Found this old thread. These guys seemed to have the same issue at around 1500-2000 rpm. They did a software update (version 43 ) and according to them, the issue is gone. |
