I would say do it! You'll love and appreciate your car that much more. Lets just say at the Cars and Coffee meet yesterday I had quite a few Porche and Ferrari owners admire the high gloss and clarity of the paint as the cars that were parked next to me you could see their reflections off mine. They asked how I got it to look like that and I explained what I did. 2 of the guys offered to pay me but I just don't have time to do it again. So that just says how much more a car enthusiast notices things like a nice paint job from a paint that looks like glass!

The last Cars & Coffee I went to had this really annoying guy wearing socks with sandals bragging about how totally awesome his EcoBoost Mustang was. Not to mention this same tool kept butting into peoples conversations and trying to explain every minutiae about their own cars.

Our next Cars & Coffee is this Saturday August 20th.

Yeah I love shooting the sh$t about cars too but this guy was extremely annoying. He thought he was an expert on every single car there. He kept going on and on and on about the tires on this Porsche GT3 about how they were the stickiest tires made on a production car blah blah blah. Even the owner of the car had this glazed look in his eyes and was like WTF?!?!? Thank God he didn't have a Mustang event leaving since he was driving the monster that is the EcoBoost.

So I just started by washing my car with mr pink soap and going to attempt to clay bar. Just realized how shitty the paint is looking on my car!! Here are pics AFTER a wash and dry. You can see tons of contaminants.

I've got my work cut out for me just in claying alone, never mind the swirls lol

i see spreckles all over man! the clay bar should get that out! remember, you'll spend a couple of hours just claying if you take your time. lots of lube man! and after you clay just run your hands over the spot you did and it should feel smooth like a hawt chicks booty!

Yep those are tiny rust spots from industrial fallout which really show up on white cars.

Before claying, need to hit car with Iron-X or some other iron decontamination spray which will get rid of most of those little spots.
