Was also recommended Remus quads. Some says less noise in cabin n has replaced their supersprint with it. Anyone tried yet?

I don't think they have quads for 523.

If you want less noise inside the cabin, go for arqray.

I was thinking of Remus but the time I got my Hamann the Remus quad has not released yet. Is it more quiet? Heard it's more noisy for the other models, not sure about the F10 one.

Yes jxnco, they do, I just gone ahead to install them today. Couldn't wait for the Supersprint. The big gap in the diffuser is driving me nuts.

Arqray is probably out because all legal exhaust needs to be approved by the Land Transport Authority here. The process is usually done by the distributor and quite straight forward if it is TUV approved like Supersprint and Remus.

Not sure if it is more quiet but another forumer from BMWSG removed his Supersprint for the Remus because of wife's incessive complaints. Said his wife was ok after the change.

I will post in my video and pics in a separate mod thread.

1 Hamann

Thought Supersprint manufactures for Hamann and they are basically the same exhaust?

They are. Pingu is referring to E60 exhaust. Not exactly to our F10.

Nothing released yet. Guess you have to wait. No sure if the 528 523 exhaust would fit yours.

How was the 520i test drive pinguhk? Is the 4-cylinder twin-turbo engine adequate for HK's roads? Will love to get an honest opinion from a forum member instead of reviews from magazines ...

yes im driving on it for few days, and have a 20" rims on the car,
i cant complain the 2.0 engine of the power, is smooth and the hv
the amazing torque start from 1250rpm, for sure cant compare in the
hi-end rpm, but this is the 2000cc only, gd for the fuel consumption.
the power is gd enough on the hk road.

I have a hunch that it will be sufficient as well. Have you tried going up garden road?

if compare to yrs 550i for sure is not enough power la,
even compare to my ex 135i cab DCT, now just what i need is for
family use daily in city, so i put my mind is driving 2000cc car,
not the sport car, that will be more comfortable
