Just shipping issues and charges after the fact. Ill see if that bar can be ordered through a different website

Lots of people order black lines from them when I had my e82. Some had to wait awhile for shipping and pay an import fee when package was delivered. Others had no problems at all. For the most part I have heard mostly positive things about them

Yup! I paid for the $60 VAT charges up front when they needed the shipping destination which should have covered complete shipping. However, after I received the confirmation email that my spoiler had been shipped I never got a tracking #. So I waited a week...waited 2 weeks and nothing so I sent them an email asking when I should receive my spoiler? They responded "Mr Manning there is still a $30 shipping charge that needs to be paid before we can ship your product out." I replied " I already paid the $60 VAT when I made the purchase, why the additional charge?" All they responded back was "we can refund your money if you would like?" I responded back "why did you not send me an email about the $30 shipping charge 2 weeks ago instead of making me wait?" Their reply "do you want a refund?" WTF so I said no and I paid the $30. So 5 days later DHL DELIVERY shows up to my door and I'm like freakin' FINALLY but he hands me a due bill of $40 for shipping and I'm like WTF so I pay him and literally gave him a piece of my mind dropping "F bombs" and told him to f himself! so yeah, will no longer due businesses with $hitmeidmann anymore
