Do you know the specs of the wheels or BMW's Style number?

Not sure exactly what' your stock config right now.

Assuming you currently have square setup which is:
F: 18 * 8 et 30
R: 18 * 8 et 30

Then those 359M wheel will give you the following:
F: -14mm clearance from strut / +12mm extension outward
R: -20mm clearance from strut / +30 mm extension outward

Opinion: Not recommended and should not be done

If you have staggered setup on your stock ride right now which is:
F: 18 * 8 et 30
R: 18 * 9 et 44

Then those 359M wheel will give you the following:
F: -14mm clearance from strut / +12mm extension outward
R: +6mm clearance from strut / +32 mm extension outward

Opinion: Same as above. Look for something else. The rear wheel has aggressive offset and designed for M3 car more so. It's either too close to the strut or way too far outward that is going to rub the fender.

$500 for the quad exhaust + cf rear diffuser ?

Sounds cheap.

One advise is aftermarket exhaust (95%) out there will have some sort of drone noises, if you are the type of guy that like loud noises, then they may fit your liking. My suggestion is for you to sit in his car and drive both local & highway to listen if that's the sound you like. I am aware of the different engine involved but it does give you a general idea how loud the exhaust is.

low frequency 'rumble' noise happening around 1500 - 2500 rpm range that you can hear inside the car cabin.

To some, it can be annoying or head pounding. To a few, they love the drone noise.
