Glovebox power?
I have e60 3 years old and i'm just ordering a new 520D F10. I keep a road angel device in the glovebox which is powered from the socket in the glovebox (via an adapter). The socket used to have the BMW torch in it. Can any lucky new owner of a 5 series F10 advise if the power socket is still in the glovebox... it'll save me a trip to the showroom. Of course if a cigarette lighter socket is in there that will do just fine as well.
Cheers. |

Ahh...the toolkit. Remember that from my 2001 330i. I think there may have been one of those reflective emergency triangle things too, or maybe that was my A4??

In my 535i, there is a spot for the toolkit and emergency equipment in the trunk. The only thing in it is a tow hook. I guess that's all we get the U.S.

There's no torch (nor somewhere to plug one), and no power either.
