Help with info about my friends F10

Hey guys im trying to get info for my friend he wants to start modding his car with some exterior parts and a JB4.

Trying to figure out what type of engine he has. Could someone help me out with that?

He has a 2016 535i m sport

info would be much appreciated! is it a n55 engine??

hes coming from an 650 so probably something sporty looking.

mind you this is an N54 equipped e90, but an f10 wont sound much different from this.

sounds AMAZING, and you wont be one of those fools running with no muffler.

He would need to get a JB4 with this setup so it doesnt show CELS correct?

downpipes will throw a CEL, secondary cat delete will not. I recommend you do everything seperate for the sake of the ECU

secondary delete (400km driving, full throttle pulls)

then the downpipe and tune.

There is no secondary cat on an N55 F10....

It is N55, but you can also always run VIN.
