Heater problem - Kind of

Hi All

so i have an issue where i cante get the air to flow upwards towards the front screen on the passenger side, i can select this on the drivers side and i see the small arrow pointing upwards, but passenger side just wont do the same?

any ideas

Do you mean the switching works, but the air flow is not there to the screen?

I think you will find the passenger side air flow to the screen is not to the same level as the driver's side. Certainly applies to some models. I've not tried it on my F11 as I simply use the Auto settings.

Just had a quick look at the Driver's Guide app and it definitely states a difference in the climate control, side to side. Windows are only applicable to the Driver settings.

Makes sense, as the driver needs control of window demisting. I take it that the passenger settings change the upper body flows with cycling the manual air distribution?

Hi Guys

going to test this afternoon, was late night on way back from edinburgh but basically the lights would indicate windows dimisting on drivers side but not passenger, but im sure the passenger side was more misty than drives so it appeared it wasnt working, will have a look at lunch time

Got to ask... why is it misting? No dehumidifying from the A/C, or have you switched off the A/C function?
