Awd tire sizes
Guys I'm looking to purchase oem m5 wheels style 343 or 601. The wheels are 20x9 and 20x10. I see people posting wheels saying 255/35/20 285/30/20 will be fine for Xdrive but others saying they will not. Can someone tell me what tire sizes would work for Xdrive, I know 245/275 is fine but I'm not sure how much of a stretch it will be and I'd like to know what would be the next best size to accommodate the wheel width. The offset on the 343s I want to purchase are et:34 that also will need to be considered with the tire sizes of course
Also considering running 245/40/20 275/35/20 to give me a little more meat on the side walls. Could this be an issue with the width/offsets of the m5 setup? I don't want any rub. Car has factory Xdrive suspension |

It's all about the rolling diameter. You want it to be within a certain percentage. I'm running 245/35/20 front and 285/30/20 rear with xdrive no problem
