$73410 Selling Price (includes $1000 Ultimate Drive Credit)

0.00076 Lease Rate (MF) (Includes Max MSD = refundable $6300)

59% Residual (10,000 miles/yr)

7% Sales Tax

$2575.13 (1st month, Bank Fee ($725), Title Fee, Registration, Docs, tire, etc)

$1275 Tire and Wheel (included in final monthly lease price)

$1000 Loyalty credit and %500 Turn Key credit built into lease.

$872.69/month final lease price including all items above.

Thoughts from those knowledgeable on lease construction would be very appreciated.

You have $2,5k in incentives (Loyalty, TurnKey and UDE) based on Sale Price it is at invoice, so I would get Sale Price at invoice and then apply those Incentives! ~$71K
