Email From BMW to upgrade NAV
Looks like I can buy updated nav on a thumb drive for 245.00. Anyone else get this email? IS this all I will need to do?

If your car is a 2012 I would suggest waiting another year or two to do an update. What you have to ask yourself is how many roads have actually changed in the areas that you most frequently use your navigation? If having the most up to date info is worth $200+ to you then by all means purchase it, but I would bet that at least 99% of what you have loaded in your car now is accurate. Just my $0.02.

If you check over at the E90post forums you can update your Nav to the new 2014 maps a lot cheaper than at the dealership.
