What are the original (factory) wheels/tires specs that came with your car?

Basically, your new set "rolling diameter" needs to stay within <=3% (preferablly <1%) of the original set, moreover-especially with xDrive-the difference between the rolling diameter of the new Front set compared to the new rear set should optimally stay below 1%.

Here is a good tire size calculator that I have been using for that purpose:

My stock sizes are 245 40 19 i believe the rims are 19x8 or 8.5non staggered setup due to the xdrive. Historically, on the e60s the staggered 19x8.5 (front) 19x9(rear) setup would not fit or was not rec due to rubbing or what not but i am not sure about the F10s.

Specs for your new tires will fit. For the rim size, refer to this thread: http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=762275
He has like your car with similar rim specs, you might want to confirm with him.

Should fit perfect and that's a really good deal. Figuring from BMW they'll be around $4k without tires and sensors.

Seems like he has 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 as opposed to my set which for rears has 19x9

This means if he was able to fit a wider rim than yours in his car then your configuration will fit perfectly!

Enjoy!

The F10 xdrive has the same fitment as F10 rwd, unlike the e60.

So those 332 will fit your car, no problem.

Here in Norway, and the rest of Europe I guess, you get staggered wheels on m-sport F10 xdrive.
