Removing the silver trims near the fog lights

Hi. I am interested in painting the silver trims near the fog lights as their silver color does not match the rest of the car. Any ideas how to remove them in one piece?

I think you can purchase a chrome cover on eBay for that, then plastidip or paint it. Then replace the trim that way?

Please don't plastidip nothing on your car. I think plastidip looks like shit
How to remove it you should be able to just pull whole thing out

Just buy a new one for the F10 luxury line, it comes with chrome insert. i replaced mine recently.

the cost is around 65 $ per piece ...

Love how everyone so far has told him what he should do rather than answer his question lol. He wants to remove the trim for painting, not replace it or plastidip

But anyways, here is a link to a thread where it is explained. It is very simple, you just pull the full mesh piece out, then the silver part has clips that once depressed will release the trim. You can find the pictures about halfway down the first post of this thread, after the kidney grill part:
