M Sport Performance Exhaust
I have been thinking about upgrading to a M Sport Performance exhaust. Anyone who has it already installed that can give me an advice?
Various web sites with OEM parts including BMW dealer sites quote about $1300-$1600. Do you think its worth it? I enjoy the quietness of my car but I want to hear better sounds when I hit the pedal. How many labor hours should I be charged to get it installed? Thanks. |

I wanted that throaty V8 sound ... so I replaced my stock 550 mufflers with the ones from the M5 ... total cost including installation was $950, and it's exactly what I was looking for. I thought about getting the M Performance exhaust for the 535 when I was driving that ... but never did, so unfortunately can't tell you any reviews on that product. Unfortunately the M5 mufflers will not work on the 535. |

No idea what it sounds like in real life, but perhaps this'll help.
Probably better to hear it "live" though. Last edited by Cairo Kid; 11-12-2013 at 12:04 PM.. Reason: added second video link |
