Long story short - I had a 2010 X6 that was out of warranty (66,000 miles). A hefty repair bill came along and I decided it had to go.

I know it's just a normal Carbon Black 535, but I'm in love! Looking forward to the reduced gas bill as well.

Getting it tinted on Monday. Color matched kidneys, painted reflectors, and matte black side markers on the way!

Got the tint yesterday. So much better. Still waiting on the rest of the cosmetic mods.

Couple interior pics taken with a potato. Nothing special really. Only packages I have are the technology and premium sound? I'm not 100 percent sure right off hand.

Got the front reflectors swapped out this evening and even though I had done it on the 335, I was a total noob. Forgot to remove the old adhesive as it stuck to the inside of the bumper and then I wondered why the new reflectors weren't flush with the bumper. Luckily I had 3M tape to save myself!

Now if I can just get my painted grilles!!!

Not sure. I was working on multiples of 3. My first BMW was a 335, then I went X6 a couple rides later. If they would have made a 9 series, I'm sure that would have been next.

Although...my wife has an X5, so maybe I was subconsciously jealous of the 5. Either way, this thing rocks!
