THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER!!
I placed a deposit yesterday Via paypal.
I took the day off to pick up the 2011 550I,
Then the seller Roman Spilner(marnedjsal1988@yahoo.com) blocked my number.
I Contacted him from a different phone number and he said the car is still available and he could meet up tomorrow.
I asked for more pictures and he sends me a link to a Newyork craiglist ad for a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT 550I. a 2013

Which has the same info as the REAL listing

I asked for the Vin and he gave the the vin to the 2011 550I that I put a deposit on it...

12k sounds awfully cheap? LOLWUT.

File a claim with Paypal, they're usually pretty good about that unless you happened to "gift" the money to him. If that was they case I don't believe you have any recourse.

Paypal said its not covered and actualyl told me it would be better for you to file it with your credit card company and we will just release the funds.

Its a $100 deposit until the car was picked up the next day. Still is bs.

And hopefully the admins can ban him.
