Start/Stop works below 37 degrees
I may have posted this before but I have noticed that in the last year or so, my car will still turn off (start/stop feature) when the temp is below 37. Yesterday it was 13 degrees outside and after the car came to a traffic light, it stopped. The interior cabin was warm, but still I thought the rule for this feature was that the feature is disabled when the outside temp is too cold or too hot outside. Anyone else notice this?

I thought there was multiple factor that will trigger the start/stop program, not just outside temp. I believe the F10 has a supplemental heating functionality that can heat up the car while the engine is stopped. But to your point, i have not seen my car shut off below the freezing mark.

I thought it took into account the engine/oil temp as well?
But I honestly wouldn't know well - since I've disabled it long, long ago and haven't looked back. After my last visit to the dealer, they must have mucked with it and re-enabled it... took me by surprise when the car went "dead" at the next stop light after pick-up. Very annoying feature that appears to have trivial benefit for fuel economy while likely doing a number on your engine.
