Exhaust recommend

Hi,
I have 2011 535i.
I just want make little louder exhaust system.
Please recommend any good muffler.
Only thing is I don't want spend too much money.
Anyone has custom muffler instead of remus, dinan, eisenmann.

Thank you!

Well here is my Remus exhaust, for me it was the best bang for the buck and sounds amazing.

If you want something that looks and sounds nice at a reasonable price its tough to bear the factory MPerformance system.

+1 on the Remus recommendation. Not cheap in theory, but worth every penny.

Hi all, I'm new to the forum. Has anyone had any long term issues (longer than 6months) with warranties being voided by BMW after installing a Remus exhaust?

I have never heard of any warranty problems with a catback or axle back exhaust

I have the M performance. Nice low tone until you get on the gas. Super easy to install. Look on Ebay for deals from BMW dealerships. Just FYI the optional ($200-) exhaust tips that come with it are on the smaller side. They don't fill up the dual outlet bumper openings very well and are kinda short in length.. I changed mine out to 3.5" SS clamp on tips ($30 each) that you can set to the exact spot you want. Good luck!

M5 (F10) or M6 (F13) mufflers will work with minimal customization. Most shops can get it done, just find one that mandrel bend pipes (not crush bend). Mandrel is typically a sign of a quality operation.

These will fit on a 535, on the existing hangers. The shop will just need to adapt your stock pipes to the larger 3" M5/M6 pipes. Very basic stuff for them.

You will also need a new diffuser to make room for the quad tips. Or you can cut away your stock one if you wish.
