2011 550i efficient dynamics

Ok I have 2011 550i and I can never get the car go in to efficient dynamics mode (break regeneration) or at least the gauge never shows it ant help??

As far as I know yes I just drove a 2010 750 and it did but mine doesn't so I was wandering if anyone with the 550i can tell me if they ever see it going to blue

Should show blue when coasting too not just under braking. I've driven several various models with e.d. and all have acted this way. The last 535 I drove was no different. Interesting your 550 isn't turning blue.

I have a 2011 550i 6MT, and I've never seen mine show solid blue in efficient dynamics. The indicator only ever shows in the red zone.

Did you get any Dinan tune? Some posters had that issue with the tune.
My 550i shows blue when coasting, that's when I notice it.

With early Dinan Stage 1 tunes, the efficient dynamics light didn't work, but by the time they came out with Stage 2 they had it fixed.

BMW 550i has not efficient dynamics mode (eco pro mode) it has only break regeneration. Does not exist as an option.
