Used steering wheel in a very good condition. Removed from my car with less than 14.000 miles.

It's not heated and does not have the vibrator. Can be heated for $140 extra

If you car has no paddles I can help you retrofit paddles with this new steering wheel.

Buyer pays PayPal fee.

It's working fine again. Sorry for that.
However I would prefer to use email instead.

What are the two extra buttons on the left side, above the cruise control scroll button?

Does this work on a 2011 f10 with sport transmission?

These are active cruise control buttons. If you do not have this option they will not work. You can also swap your buttons.

The paddles will work if retrofitted.

My car already has paddles, so I don't think I need to retrofit it, right?

Here's a silly question. How hard, if at all possible, would it be to move the volume buttons to the left side?
