random shut off for spit second with cel then all normal

Been chasing a issue for a few months now where car will randomly sputter with cel flashing mhd will disconnect for a second or two and car will go right back to Normal.
MHD disconnects so it won’t log what’s happening.
When I read codes on mhd no active codes and no inactive codes for dme or trans.
I read codes this morning via BimmerLink and this is what I got.

Also seeing voltage drops as low as 12.5v in mhd live data logging
New battery and alternator, battery coded and registered.
