First F10 seen with the Kelleners Hamburg rims. Well done. Visually they look more like 21" than 20".

First time I've seen those wheels and I really like 'em!

I like the fact that those wheels have the BMW roundels in the centre, even if they're aftermarket.

Awesome ride

Hi Touring! But how does it work with warranty? My dealer said if I will change to ACS springs my warranty will not apply for suspension anymore

Per, please share your experience with the handling and the ride of your car.

I'm very curious about the impact of the RD springs.

The handling and comfort is very good. But there is not so much different in normal vs sport mode. In my opinion there is one problem only. The first 15mm approx. of the springs are quiet soft, so when I put some bags in the trunk, and with 2 people in my back seat, the car gets very low. So I get some problem on speed-bumps, parking garages etc. I'm considering to swap to ACS springs. ACS are not lowering the car as much as the RD.

It was the BMW dealer in Lübeck that did the job. They did not mention anything about that. But I didnt ask either. On the F11 its just the front springs they change, the rear adjust itself, so I hope it wont be a problem.

If the BMW dealer does the job, you got absolutely nothing to worry about.

It is completely reasonable to expect your "official" dealer to fit reliable parts to your car. Otherwise, they would have to warn you explicitly not to do it.

Btw: don't even think that BMW develops and engineers springs them self. Those RD, ACS springs etc. come from the very same suppliers from the very same german automotive industry.

You also got the ac suspension right? I saw it on one Dutch member here once, thought is was you.

My 550i exhibits a big difference in the normal and sport mode. I'll crank up the car and start down the road, and I say to myself, "What feels so strange about how the suspension feels" and then, I realize, I forgot to put it in sport mode. I only wish the front struts were stiffer --- it's still too soft. I guess that's with the additional weight of the car and the softer struts. The rear is very stiff although I haven't loaded up the trunk like you have --- and my 4 year-old at 55 pounds and my 2 year-old at 30 pounds is not much -- I need to try some REAL weight and see what happens.

Exactly the same here (got AD, IAS and Schnitzer sport springset).

Great looking F10, and those 20s fit your car very nicely.
