Unhappy How to change bulbs in analog stock instrument cluster?

I've searched the posts and threads and can't find an answer
Is it possible to change a bulb if there even is one and it's not an LED? I see how to remove cluster and have actually done this on my other vehicles when needed. Don't want to pay stealership to do something that should/could be very simple! I've searched for videos on YouTube to no avail also. Any help/directions would be appreciated! 🙏👍

The F10 Instrument Cluster lights are all LED driven, and are not serviceable, at least not by your local BMW Dealership. They will most likely offer up a full instrument cluster replacement.

There are services you can send out your instrument cluster for repair, but you may be out of commission while it's being repaired...

Do you mind posting a picture of what part of your instrument cluster doesn't light up?

Ditto the above replies…the parts database does not list any incandescent bulbs for the basic instrument cluster.

But there’s gotta be videos on youtube on how to open these clusters because I can recall reading threads about how to be careful with the “needles” for the fuel and temp gauges on the 6WB clusters. I would assume that the basic cluster, 6WA cluster, and 6WB cluster are all opened the same way.

Any video on how to open the 6WA & 6WB clusters would be the same for the basic cluster if you wanted to attempt to find the LED that isn’t working and try to replace it.

Good luck.

(Note there’s no incandescent bulbs to replace in the basic cluster)
