Some European markets had private showings. Public debut should be sometime October.

On sale, depends on your market. Should be very early 2017 for Europe and Spring for NA.

Invited to a private viewing in 2 weeks, should be revealed shortly after and on sales early 2017, not sure if the M sport will be released the usual few months after the others, but judging by few posts, it is the model shown at private viewings hence more likely released same time as the other models.

I would imagine that it'll follow the same schedule as the E39, E60 and F10 - so customer deliveries from March 2017, marking exactly 7 years since the first F10 and 14 years since the first E60 (wow, and 21 since the first E39!).
