JBL ms8 speaker config F10 hifi

So I installed ms8 with technic plug n play harness. Everything is working fine except rear speakers always cut in n out when logic 7 turned on.

Also when I did the set up ms8 will only let me choose front, center and side (which hifi don't have) speakers and rear ones have only none as the only option. I have tried side speakers as none thinking may be rear will give one way option but they always stay as none.

I chose
sub x 2
fr one way
Center one way
Side one way
Rear has only none option.

Any ideas. Thx

One thing I figured out today while set up keep ms8 volume at -40 and do every seat calibration then set to all instead of driver and make a nice surround system.

Answer to first post;
Rears / side speakers are treated same on ms-8 and they are for ambiance (hence fading in and out).

Now moving on to second post, when you set position to 'all' then it takes out time alignment.
Not good for true audiophile.

I had ms-8 in my previous car and now got bit one.
Although bit one is good for spl setup but I miss MS-8 and its sql which is superior than bit one!

Cool on the install. Did you have an amp and upgraded speakers before you added the MS-8? If so, have you seen a huge change in sound quality?

It's was just stock hifi system and all I did is changed stock amp to ms8. Huge improvement must upgrade. On par or better than my wife's b&o in her Audi.

I changed it to front and sounds the best so far. One issue I have is that I will need to change subs. Stock subs can't handle the bass in my opinion.
