The car is in great condition, free of any door dings, dents, and significant scratches / scuffs.
It is my wife's car primarily and it mostly sits in the garage in Nassau County, NY.

It is leased through BMW financial and matures 3/2017. You are allowed approximately 34k which leaves you with roughly 1750 miles/month until maturity.

I put about $3500 out of pocket at lease assumption. I am not asking for anything upfront. Just sign and drive. I believe you will just have to pay the transfer fee of $500.

Residual value is $38,543

I will look for the window sticker and post it if I have it. Options are listed above. MSRP was $62k.
