TPMS issue 12 528 stock
Good morning,
I'm having an issue with my 2012 528 x drive, with stock wheels and tire size. I keep getting the idrive warning on start-up that the left front tire has low pressure and I should brake slowly. When I check my tire pressure, with multiple gauges the pressure is right where it should be. Also, while driving when I check the tire pressure screen, the tire temp is reading higher. I am getting no codes for it on Bimmerlink. I have tried the onboard tmps reset and it rarely corrects the issue, and if it does it very temporary. All help or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks, hoki |

Hi!
Try to switch front and rear wheels and then reset it in idrive, to see if it is the problem with TPMS sensor or receiver. If error moves to rear wheel, then probably is too low battery voltage in TPMS sensor - need to replace sensor. If they are still from 2012, then replace all of them. Br Borut |

These batteries typically last 6-8 years so might just need to replace. I actually have a new set I’ll let go for cheap
