Brake dust problem solved!!
So after 12 years of owning BMWs and seeing brake dust literally after you drive off with the nice clean car I tried "armor all wheel protectant" yes Armor All!
2 days now and no brake dust on my rims !!! For those of you that know the product is there any cons ???

mine are painted and clear coat on the machined parts. InCurve SC-5. they don't make that style anymore but they do custom forged now. |

I have been using Akebono (Euro) brake pads for years. Never any brake dust....

Bought two cans of the stuff based on the feedback of this thread. Will give it a shot this weekend after I was the car. I am still leaning towards getting Akebono pads though.

Best product would be the one I use on most of my clients wheels Carpro DLux. The brake dust will never cake on to the wheels ever again, ** as long as well maintained**

Hi Aiden. Have a question about carpro dlux. So you saying that product is good for wheel? Is it safe on all finished? Base on what I read, seem like it's also add some gloss on the surface correct? That would be great since I want to add a bit gloss to my matte wheels.
Also, the product is good for plastic and rubber? What's about diffuser? My diffuser is PU but I painted in matte black, is this product safe on matte black painted surface? And would it make the surface also more gloss? Thank you |

Sorry for so many question but the way I treat brake dust right now is using black magic wheel cleaner weekly. Assume I'm starting to use Dlux, should I or can I still use other brake cleaner product on top of it? Thanks
