help bmw f10 type pressure loss

Hello, I recently owned a BMW f10 as I was driving this light on the cluster and navigation. It really turned out to be a nail in the tire. I went through the master and took out the nail, I tried to reset the navigation, but when I press the reset button, it brings me back to the main menu and nothing happens.
