Help!! Car vibrates after tire change

Help!!!
I have a 2012 550i xdrive. I moved from (front)245/40R 19/(rear)245/45R 19( previous owner put 45Rs on the rears unfortunately) to 245/40R 19/275/35R 19. So from square(stock) to staggered. The car jerks on mild to hard acceleration and jerks and vibrates on decel. Any thoughts or how to fix this problem? I also just replaced the front diff from the dealer. So I’m guessing it may have to do sth with the brake in or the xdrive adjusting to the improved grip levels.

Your transfer case is probably done for due to the previous owner running incorrect tire specs. These stupid things are very picky, even if all 4 tires are not similar depth, it can cause issues.

Very true and a high chance of it happening.

OP, try to deflate/inflate the tires a little to see if it makes any difference since the front is slightly taller than the rear. Measure from the ground to the center of your center cap and make sure it is equal. Hope it helps
