2012 M5 - call come in to car

Hey all,

Got an issue on my friend's vehicle...

Calls come in, no number on iDrive screen and blackberry does not ring. Happens every 15 to 20 mins. Ghost ring. The bb does not show any missed calls. There are no other phones other than the BB paired to the vehicle.

Anyone else experience anything like this?
