Question How Do I Get The Navigation Voice Louder?

Hi All

I have tried reducing the "speed gain" on the audio so that it doesn't drown out the voice. I have also reduced the fader to the front speakers to "neutral" so the voice is not drowned out.

However...we can still barely hear the voice! Can someone tell me what option I am missing here?
thanks

Can only be changed while the navigation is speaking. Turn the volume higher while nav is speaking directions

This applies to everything else also. If you want a callers volume increased, then turn up the volume WHILE the caller is speaking.

Thanks!

I got an answer-it wasn't what I expected, but I will try it next time I use the navigation system.

Thanks

Red face Success! It Worked!

Tonight-we experimented by turning down the radio and as soon as the navigation voice came on, I increased the volume. It retained the increased volume in my profile even after I cancelled the destination and turned off the car.

However, I did not test if it retained the louder voice if my wife's profile was used.

I find the BMW interface rather hokey-especially this feature.

Thanks for some great advice!
