Digital lcd dashboard 6wb alternative?

Hey guys have anyone seen this before? Just noticed it on Ali express from some of the same sellers that are selling the android units for the main screen. Price point is is same for 6wb which is not really a good thing but always good to have more options.

Just saw a video on this yesterday, it is plug and play; but when I checked vendors site, the F10 wasn't available. Apparently it's only available for "E" series BMW's. Seems odd that it would be on alibaba.
