Wanting to know that when boost on fuel is set, does the 1/2 tank represent 10psi which is stock?

Map 1 and Map 2 - needle is around the 3/4 tank mark that represents around the 14psi -16psi mark?

Full deflection would be whatever you set as your boost limit. SO, if you set it at 18psi limit, if the needle moves to half way, you are getting around 9psi boost.

Full = 20psi
Half = 10psi

Thats default on JB4 BETA and doesn't change unless you get custom mapping from Terry
