I've gotten it on my first day driving home with the car. I was pretty amused too.

I've never seen it and I'm stuck in traffic every day. Probably a good thing. I might be tempted to punch something due to the constant reminder of the obvious.

It turns out that lately my bimmer will warn me there is "traffic info available on my route BEFORE displaying the traffic jam message.

So, it is the service, not BMW, that was not sending the warning message before the final traffic jam message.

So, now, in my area it is working more logical!

After 14 months, I saw this one for the first time today. And no, I wasn't in one, nor did I see one.

Driving to the ball game yesterday and I got the same message for the first time, after I sat in traffic for 7 miles...LOL

To the NAVs credit, even though it didn't say traffic jam, the map did show the arrows indicating delay, and the NAV did try multiple times to redirect me another way.

I've got a manual transmission - it's an upshift/downshift indicator.
