Pirelli PZero run flat repair
Guys, I have Pirelli PZero's on my 2013 535i msport. There is a nail right in the center of the tread, nowhere near sidewall, could a local tire shop repair with a patch?

From Pirelli's site
"Can I repair a punctured Pirelli self-supporting run flat tire? No, for safety reasons, Pirelli chooses not to recommend the repair of self-supporting run flat tyres. A self-supporting run flat tire should always be changed and not repaired after a loss of pressure because it is not always possible to establish the time and conditions under which the tire has been used with insufficient inflation pressure."
